Jenni currently manages a team of UX writers at Wix in Israel and Lithuania. She discovered UX writing 3.5 years ago after previously working in the nonprofit world. Instantly, she fell in love with the discipline itself, the collaboration needed to be part of a product team, and the overall process of creating great products. Originally from Seattle, WA, she now calls Tel Aviv home.

As writers and designers, we can be intentional about crafting the user experience in a way that reduces as much friction as possible, and where appropriate, educates our users.
